I’m finally back! First of all I have to apologize for the long absence, but Spring is back and so am I! 😀

So in today’s post I wanted to share something more about the fur vest, which has been around for the last couple of years. It is a very easy way to add a comfy-chic vibe to a quite laid back look as you can see from my lookbook. I’m wearing simple ripped black denim and a white top. The biker jacket alone would have made it a monochromatic and edgy look, but the fur vest adds a tiny bit of femininity to the entire outfit. The long straight hair helps too, though 😉

The vest I’m wearing is a DIY vest made with some fabric I found in a local shop. Vests are the easiest thing to stitch by the way 😀 But various chain brands sell them, too so they’re easily available. You can pair the vest on a turtleneck, on a t-shirt or even a shirt. It will always look chic!

Ciao Ragazze!

Sono finalmente tornata! Ho avuto da fare con la tesi e molto altro, ma ho finalmente ripreso in mano il blog.

Oggi vi parlo del gilet in finta pelliccia: un pezzo ormai molto trendy da un paio di anni a questa parte. Il periodo ideale per indossarlo è sicuramente il periodo primaverile (o gli inizi di autunno). In questo look ho deciso di indossare il gilet sopra alla giacchetta di pelle nera, rendendo l’outfit meno aggressivo e più femminile. Ciò che adoro del gilet è la sua versatilità: lo si può indossare sopra ad altre giacchette, sopra a maglie a maniche lunghe, maglioni, camicie ed anche t-shirt. C’è solo l’imbarazzo della scelta!

Ovviamente il consiglio è sempre quello di indossare un gilet a tema sopra ad un colore neutro (il nero funziona sempre), print + print è sempre molto rischioso, diciamo che dipende dal tipo di temi che decidete di mischiare.
